When comparing build prices its important to ensure you are comparing apples to apples. Most builders offer a cheap price to get your interest and then charge exorbitant fees for upgrades. Most of their entry level prices don’t include fences, landscaping, concrete, cooling, blinds and other necessities that are provided by Urban Seed Projects as standard.

One of our pet hates at Urban Seed Projects is the cookie cutter approach to facades which make most of the homes in new land estates look exactly alike and soulless. We have carefully crafted our facades to provide fantastic street appeal with a mixture of render, cladding and feature tile and brickwork along with fully landscaped gardens.
