The management and board of Urban Seed Projects have a combined 32 years’ experience in property and finance including senior positions within major listed Australian companies.
Bill Nikolouzakis’ career consists of over 18 years in property and finance. A licensed estate agent as well as a qualified mortgage broker, Bill has a well rounded understanding of property and how to create positive outcomes.
Prior to establishing Urban Seed Projects, Bill was the CEO of iBuyNew Group, an ASX listed property platform and sales business. Prior to his time with iBuyNew, Bill founded Nyko Property, which was subsequently sold to iBuyNew in 2016. In his time with Nyko Property Bill established strategic partnerships with some of Australia’s largest finance companies and investment sales groups including Mortgage Choice, Yellow Brick Road, iSelect, Finsure and more.
Nyko Property’s research reports on new projects were widely regarded as industry leading. Bill has brought this knowledge to Urban Seed Projects, assisting our builder, land developer and agent partners.
In his spare time Bill can usually be found chasing around his two young daughters, keeping fit or attending all types of sporting events. Football and mixed martial arts being the favourites.
