Typically, Urban Seed Projects pre-packages our releases with ultra modern facades and floor plans including upgraded landscaping packages with turf to the front garden providing an oasis of green grass and plants rather than the dull low maintenance landscaping normally found in new estates. Ensuring our section of the estate is always looking its best, all our clients that purchase in an ‘approved project’ sign on for a 5 year maintenance package which includes the upkeep of their front gardens throughout that period.
