Only when the wholesale campaign is complete do we consider running our retail campaigns which we use to ensure there is a good mix of owner occupier buyers who are vital to maintaining the integrity of the release and supportive valuations. Retail sales assist in separating the estate from the damaging investment sales profile that valuers normally put on such estates.

With over 56 estates and 1,000 properties pre-packaged, each build is offered with a fixed price contract. If your client requires land in an estate we haven’t already pre-packaged, Urban Seed will turn around a package along with all the relevant marketing within 48 hours.
