With our economies of scale and careful negotiation with suppliers Urban Seed Projects is able to provide a high-quality finish as standard. Stone benchtops throughout including beautiful 40mm stone benchtops to the kitchen with matt black pendant lighting over the land island, black powder coated tapware and large 900mm appliances. Comfort also comes at no additional cost with two split system air conditioners.
